I'm delighted to have been one of the recipients of this year's Opera Awards Foundation Bursary, alongside some excellent people. Most pleasingly of all, my twin sister Mimi also received the award this year, meaning that for once we got something at the same time.
I'm hoping to get to know everyone else on the list over the next year. It's especially pleasing to be alongside the excellent Laura Attridge, whose work and support inspired me from very early in my career.
The bursary award will go towards training & development for Come Bargain With Uncanny Things later this year; I look forward to sharing the results with you all soon.
